Dr. Narisra Srikureja Firer (Dr. Niti) is a Bangkok-based obstetrician and gynecologist and Maternal–Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialist, providing comprehensive women’s healthcare for both pregnant and non-pregnant women.

She cares for women at all stages of life, including routine wellness check ups, preconception counseling, pregnancy care and ultrasound assessment, prenatal screening and diagnosis as well as deliveries. Dr Niti also manages general gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, hormonal imbalance, contraception and menopause.
  
Dr. Niti graduated from medical school through the joint MD program between the University of Nottingham and Srinakharinwirot University. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Siriraj Hospital followed by subspecialty training in Maternal–Fetal Medicine, also at Siriraj Hospital. Additionally, she has completed professional training in functional medicine through Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and has a strong interest in nutrition, metabolic health, and preventative care.

Dr Niti currently sees patients at Ruamjairak Hospital and Mission Hospital in Bangkok and serves as a maternal fetal medicine consultant at a government tertiary care center.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Niti is a mother to a one-year-old daughter. As a new mother herself, she brings both clinical expertise and personal understanding to the care of her patients.
